Thanks to IBS technology, it is possible to manufacture IBS laser line mirrors with over 99.99% reflectivity and high laser damage thresholds, IBS laser line lenses and IBS laser line windows with low-loss anti-reflective coatings, and IBS laser line filters with steep transition characteristics that can withstand high laser energy. The IBS coatings applied to these optical components form a dense, non-porous, homogeneous coating layer, resulting in drift-free performance that is less affected by temperature.
