Achievement: Improvement of position accuracy from 46um to 3um, a 15-fold enhancement. Usage Example 1: When using a gantry, this corrects errors caused by the gantry axis not being parallel (although it is not often used in gantry types, this correction is effective in lift types). Usage Example 2: Also used for correcting pitch errors in ball screws. As ball screws are used, wear progresses and errors occur, but this function can correct the errors caused by that wear.
