No maintenance inspections required without a deceleration device! Maintenance-free for a long period with a simple structure.
The "Direct Coupled FAN for Cooling Towers <Ultra Fan>" is a blower with a structure that directly attaches the impeller to the motor shaft. It does not have a reduction device such as V-belts or gears, eliminating the need for maintenance inspections of the reduction device (such as oil changes). By using a motor in conjunction with an inverter, it is designed to achieve the required rotational speed, and it is also expected to enhance the lifespan of the bearings. 【Features】 ■ Maintenance-free for long periods compared to V-belt drive and gear drive ■ Simpler structure, making it more cost-effective than gear drive systems ■ Reduced noise and vibration during startup compared to V-belt drive and gear drive ■ Capable of setting the blower to operate above the rated speed during high load in summer ■ Can temporarily lower the cooling water temperature *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
