Cameras for process monitoring in high-temperature environments, such as furnace monitoring.

High-temperature cameras have been developed for process monitoring in high-temperature areas. All types use a fused view sight glass, which safely protects the camera's electronic circuits. Unlike other products, cooling water is not required. Additionally, while air is used for maintenance when dirt accumulates on the surface lens, in most cases, cooling air is not necessary.

Applications/Examples of results

Monitoring in high-temperature environments such as rotary kilns, glass melting furnaces, and electric furnaces. By combining with CantyVision software, it enables level measurement inside the furnace and measurement of the amount of fired products. Flame monitoring and temperature measurement are also possible.
