In this context, we would like to introduce an example of implementation for customers who want to reduce CO2 emissions amidst rising electricity costs. **Changing the heat source of the hot water tank for the food line cleaning from electric heaters to gas heaters (Econbaster)** We proposed updating the cleaning tank, which was heated using two 10KW electric heaters, to a gas heater equivalent to 22KW. Due to the use of gas, we were able to reduce running costs by approximately 60%. Additionally, we received feedback that the startup time was also shortened. By installing flanges on the cleaning tank and pre-treatment tank, gasification can be easily achieved.
