In the case of core-drilling wastewater, we neutralized and coagulated it using an alkaline type of water treatment, and then added oil floc. As a result, the aggregates became larger, and we were able to produce floc that could be easily filtered with a cotton handkerchief. Additionally, the same results were achieved even when mixed in.
