Cleaning of mesh conveyors! A case where manual cleaning work was eliminated and water usage was reduced by over 20%.
We would like to introduce a case where a conveyor cleaning unit nozzle was implemented at a certain sake brewery. At this brewery, a nozzle header with straight flow nozzles was swung to clean the mesh conveyor, but this was insufficient, and additional manual cleaning was performed using a high-pressure handgun, which posed a problem in terms of the manpower required and the burden on the workers. Therefore, a rotating nozzle unit for conveyor cleaning was adopted, allowing for the reliable washing and removal of rice grains stuck in the mesh, enabling automatic cleaning. As a result, there was no need to allocate workers for cleaning, ensuring safety as well. 【Case Summary (Part)】 ■ Challenge: Manpower and burden on workers for additional cleaning ■ Products Introduced ・Rotating nozzle unit for conveyor cleaning MDRN ・Rotating nozzle for conveyor cleaning NRAJ-V *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
