Normal-phase silica packing materials are manufactured using a unique patented technology and are designed for use in monodisperse, highly porous, high-purity silica chromatography columns. They have high uniformity in particle size, are spherical in shape, possess excellent mechanical strength, and come in various specifications. Additionally, they are easy to pack into columns, offer high column efficiency, high resolution, and low pressure loss, making them widely used in chromatography analysis and industrial production of organic compounds, natural substances, and biopolymers. We offer four types of normal-phase silica chromatography packing materials: unmodified silica hydroxyl packing material, and three modified packing materials with bonded diol, aminopropyl, and cyano-propyl groups. These are used for the separation and purification of different polar compounds, making the separation of polar compounds particularly easy.

Ultra-pure porous silica is primarily used for the separation and purification of organic small molecules, fat-soluble vitamins, and tocopherols in size exclusion chromatography (SEC), complementing normal phase silica. It is also used in normal phase, reverse phase, and weak anion exchange for the separation and purification of sugars, nucleic acids, and water-soluble vitamins. Compared to bare silica, it allows for faster equilibrium and has consistent surface activity, making it a substitute for normal phase silica in the separation and purification of proteins, steroids, and more.
