Energy-saving, space-saving, cost-saving non-axis screw conveyor

It can transport crushed pieces, strongly adhered materials, and items that are difficult to transport by air conveyance.

Powder, pellets, string-like, strip-like, liquid, slurry, etc. Regardless of the state of the material, we can seal and transport a wide variety of materials within a trough. (Stirring and drying can be done simultaneously) The transport volume is also easy to control, and there are no shafts, so there is no tangling. ■ Features ≪Energy Saving≫ - Can transport from 1 to 32 meters with a single drive - Energy consumption is one-third that of a conventional screw (according to our research) ≪Space Saving≫ - Transport angle can be from 0 to 90°, allowing installation in tight spaces - No restrictions on connecting equipment due to single-sided support ≪Cost Saving≫ - Durability is increased by processing special steel for the screw blades (The type of steel used varies depending on the type of material being transported) - One-stop service from design to maintenance reduces costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
