The "TTUV011" is a UV cleaning and modification device equipped with a metal halide lamp (high-pressure mercury lamp also selectable), a standard rotating table, and a cold mirror, achieving low-temperature curing. The rotating sample stage has a diameter of φ300 and operates at 8 rpm. The operation switch uses a touch panel, allowing for easy adjustment of the irradiation amount. It features height adjustment for the shelf (10 levels at 30 mm pitch), designed to accommodate a wide range of sizes.
