We would like to introduce a case study on the delivery of "Mold Heating Heater Panels." When materials heated to 800°C to 1,200°C are placed into a mold at room temperature, the significant temperature difference can cause cracks in the surface layer of the mold due to heat checks, significantly shortening the mold's lifespan. Therefore, it is essential to preheat the mold to 250°C to 400°C before work. While preliminary heating with gas burners is common, we recommend using halogen heaters for this purpose. [Recommended Machine] ■ Product Name: Mold Heating Unit (Designed Product) ■ Heat Source Used: Halogen Heater 1.2kW x 10 units *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
