The 『HO-TH-05』 is a dedicated tabletop system for spin coating small substrates in a laboratory, with spin process parameters being properly controlled. Due to its high speed and wide duration range, users can achieve their desired film thickness or thinness. The spin head actuator is driven by a high-precision DC servo motor, requiring minimal maintenance and allowing for accurate control of rotational speed and acceleration.
