Alignment of running rails at low cost! Crane running rail diagnostic survey.

The crane shape diagnostic survey "RAILQ" is a device that measures the alignment of overhead crane running rails safely, accurately, and quickly.

Cranes need to run smoothly along the runway without bending. If there are issues with the running rails, it can lead to premature or abnormal wear of the running wheels and rails, and in the worst case, there is a risk of swaying operation and derailment, raising concerns about unusual noises, vibrations, and impacts on the building. At ConnecRains' RailQ, we use self-driving robots that can be operated remotely. By combining this with visual inspections, we can provide detailed information about the alignment and condition of crane rails in a short amount of time. 【Measurement Items】 ● Rail Span ● Straightness of Each Rail ● Height of Each Rail ● Elevation Differences Between Rails *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
