Technical construction case similar to OPT: Ayateru Dome (Higashimorokata District, Miyazaki Prefecture)
By using compressed cedar wood on the surface of the OPT laminated material, the surface has the texture of cedar!
In Higashimorokata District, Miyazaki Prefecture, we would like to introduce a construction case that utilizes the same technology as the OPT at Ayateruha Dome. Unlike using 100% cedar, not only does it increase wear resistance, but it also allows for cost reductions of up to 50% compared to using solid cedar wood. With the increased strength, it can adequately support sports that put a load on the floor, such as wheelchair basketball. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Site: Ayateruha Dome ■ Construction Details: Use of compressed cedar material on the surface of OPT laminated material ■ Effects - Surface has the texture of cedar - Increased wear resistance - Cost reduced by up to 50% *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company supports the utilization of OPT, an underutilized resource. We are conducting a matching business with companies that want to handle new wood-based materials such as wooden decks and louvers, which will start production this year, as well as companies considering new fields such as building materials and furniture materials. We look forward to your inquiries. "Utilization of OPT" not only includes its use as wood-based products but also expands further by separating and classifying vascular bundles and soft tissues. We possess new technologies and patents that transform oil palm trunks (Oil Palm Trunk = OPT), which have been treated as underutilized resources due to their lack of strength and value as building materials, into wood-based products through compression processing. We can collaboratively develop original wood-based building materials that meet your company's SDGs. 【Utilization of OPT】 ■ Utilization as wood-based products ■ Utilization of vascular bundles ■ Utilization of soft tissues
