Treatments can be tailored to the product shape and characteristics. ■ Zinc-Nickel Alloy Plating: High Nickel This plating offers excellent corrosion and heat resistance among zinc-based alloy platings, making it suitable for difficult materials such as high carbon steel and hardened steel. It also supports black trivalent chromate treatment. ■ Dry Zinc Plating + Coating: U&Z Coat Characterized by excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion of the film, it is free from hydrogen embrittlement and can be applied to sintered parts.
