We offer various tests and processing using fluorine gas. We will assist in the creation of technological seeds.
Fluorine gas was a special substance that posed handling dangers. Our company possesses the equipment and technicians to conduct various tests and contract processing using fluorine gas, allowing everyone to explore the new possibilities of fluorine gas. The fluorinated compounds obtained through chemical reactions with fluorine gas are used as substances with unique properties that cannot be substituted. Additionally, while fluorine gas is a highly reactive and dangerous substance to handle, it has also been confirmed to be useful as a processing material for etching and cleaning, taking advantage of its powerful reactivity.

Applications/Examples of results
It is possible for everyone to utilize fluorine gas with their free ideas. Here are some examples of fluorine gas usage: - Creation of higher-order fluorine compounds: Creating higher-order fluorinated compounds or fluorinating the non-fluorinated parts of fluorine compounds. - Fluorine passivation (improving corrosion resistance, reducing reactivity, reducing fluorination processes, etc.). - High functionality: Introducing fluorine atoms to surfaces or partially to impart high functionality (electrical properties, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, etc.). - Verification of direct fluorination processes: Transitioning from current fluorinating agent usage processes to direct fluorination processes using fluorine gas. - Processing using fluorine gas: Etching of resins and inorganic materials using fluorine gas. - Fluorine gas exposure tests: Exposure tests of device components and developed products to fluorine gas.
