The Lifemeta TC Quick Release System includes clamps, silicone seals, and caps, and is primarily designed to meet the needs for multiple disconnections or connections in biopharmaceutical processes, such as bag inlet sealing, flange connections, and tube and filter connections. The quick release clamps in this series are made of reinforced nylon material, which deforms less than other polymer materials and is easy to operate. The Lifemeta SF Single-Use Tube Fittings can be efficiently assembled with silicone tubes, thermoplastic tubes, reinforced braided silicone tubes, and other types of tubing, meeting various application needs. The fittings are made of polypropylene (PP) or polysulfone (PSF), providing excellent mechanical strength and outstanding chemical compatibility, ensuring long-term use. The Lifemeta EC Quick Couplings are primarily used for fluid transfer and allow for quick plugging and unplugging. After connecting the ends of the quick coupling, it can be rotated to avoid twisting issues in the piping. This swivel design reduces the risk of accidental disconnections.
