Innovation Research Report: A Prescription for Employee Happiness and Organizational Prosperity
A must-read report for managers and leaders who want to balance employee happiness and corporate prosperity!
This report, "Innovation Research: A Prescription for Employee Happiness and Organizational Prosperity," presents practical tips for realizing sustainable prosperity for the entire company by drawing out the intrinsic motivation of each employee and enhancing their sense of fulfillment and happiness. The decline in competitiveness that Japanese companies have faced for many years is overshadowed by a managerial organizational culture that fails to leverage individual creativity and autonomy. This report explains the importance of creating a workplace that satisfies the inherent human needs for "autonomy," "competence," and "relatedness," based on psychological theories. It emphasizes the significance of "flow experiences" that generate enjoyment and "dialogue" that fosters empathy and trust, outlining a path for both individuals and organizations to grow together. As more employees find a sense of purpose through their work, organizations regain vitality and sustainable innovation emerges. The report strongly advocates for the evolution of "thinking" and "organization" that is urgently needed at this time. This is a must-read report for executives and leaders who wish to balance employee happiness with corporate prosperity. *For detailed content of the report, please refer to the PDF document.
