Solving the transportation issues faced on-site! Low dust emission and high durability. Our wide range of steel belts ensures stable transportation.
Introducing the steel belt conveyor, which has low dust generation compared to rubber and resin belts, and excels in heat resistance and wear resistance. It enables stable transport with extremely low vibration and flutter. The low friction on the transport surface allows for smooth guiding of transported items. We also offer "suction and adhesion steel belt conveyors" that achieve flat and even transport, as well as "double belt press and double steel belt heat press conveyors." 【Features of Various Products】 Steel Belt Conveyor - The belt is thin, and the pulley diameters are compact at φ50 and φ90 mm. - Minimal contamination. - The belt material is stainless steel, providing high durability. <Suction and Adhesion Conveyor> - The suction hole diameter is small, leaving no suction marks on the workpiece (film or paper). - There is minimal variation in belt thickness, and speed fluctuations are kept low. - The vertical movement and lateral deviation of the belt are minimal, reducing wrinkles and warping of the workpiece. <Double Steel Belt Heat Press Conveyor> - High thermal conductivity to the workpiece. - The workpiece is heated, pressed, and rolled between the upper and lower double conveyors, ensuring high processing accuracy. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
