Steel belt conveyor
Optimal for solving transportation issues at the site, such as dust generation, static electricity, vibration, and flatness! 【Features】 - Lower dust generation compared to rubber and resin belts, with excellent heat resistance and wear resistance. - Extremely low vibration and fluttering, enabling stable transportation. - Minimal friction on the transport surface allows for smooth guiding of transported items. - A lineup with different pulley diameters and belt thicknesses is available. ≪RSC015-50 Series≫ Pulley diameter φ50, belt thickness 0.15mm Numerous applications in simple transportation, image inspection, and environments where contamination and foreign matter intrusion need to be avoided. Ideal for transporting lightweight items such as devices and electronic components. ≪RSC020-90 Series≫ Pulley diameter φ90, belt thickness 0.2mm Numerous applications in environments struggling with burrs on parts, high-temperature transported items, and the durability of rubber belts. Also suitable for transporting pressed metals. For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
