Marel's fillet washer, manufactured with FDA-approved materials, automatically minimizes water usage for the cleaning nozzle and electricity consumption for the blower.
The "CT 1636.20" is a machine for finishing the washing of fillets before salting, packaging, and freezing processes. Using water pressure adjusted according to the type of fish and the condition of the fillet, both sides of the fillet are washed simultaneously. An optional blower can be added to remove any residual moisture from the fillet after washing. Additionally, it features a mesh belt for improved cleanability and maintenance.
