Ambrell's EASYCOIL is a flexible induction heating coil that is ideal for heating large and irregularly shaped workpieces, which is difficult with traditional copper coils. The 7.6m (25-foot) flexible coil can be used in combination with the EKOHEAT system (up to 250kW, 5-45kHz). It can be connected with up to five coils and can be easily wrapped around the workpiece shape, making installation and setup straightforward. With a fiberglass coating, it offers excellent heat resistance and can accommodate a wide range of heating from low temperatures to beyond the Curie point. If the surface temperature of the heating target exceeds 427°C, ceramic insulation materials can also be utilized. It is effective in various applications such as preheating before welding, annealing, stress relief, mold heating, and decomposition heating.
