The "eTOC Series" is an online TOC analyzer for pure water that features a mercury-free excimer lamp. The excimer lamp generates dielectric barrier discharge in xenon gas, emitting high-energy light at a wavelength of 172 nm. To ensure that the high energy of the excimer lamp is effectively transmitted to the sample, we have also adopted a unique new structure called "Active-Path." This technology efficiently irradiates ultraviolet light onto the sample inside the lamp, reliably oxidizing the organic matter in the sample.
