Isolite fireproof insulation technology composite materials ultra-low thermal conductivity materials
Engineered Fiber, New Product of the LTC Series
Composite materials - Introducing new products from the engineered fiber and microporous ultra-low thermal conductivity materials LTC series.
IsoLite Industrial's engineered fiber is a ceramic fiber that achieves enhanced heat resistance, wear resistance, and hardness. As a raw material for various composite materials, it optimizes hydrophilicity, dispersibility, and hardness adjustments for friction materials, paints, coatings, mold release agents, and catalyst support reinforcements, thereby elevating material performance. The fiber length can be adjusted from 20μm to 1000μm according to application, and by removing shots (non-fibrillated particles) present in the product, it is possible to increase the fiber index (fiber content) to 99%. We can offer optimal designs tailored to applications and formulation conditions. Please feel free to contact us. Additionally, a new product "LTC-MT" has been introduced in the microporous ultra-low thermal conductivity LTC series. It is a well-balanced product with a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C and excellent water resistance (condensation and water vapor). We also offer distinctive products such as "LTC-HT," which has a maximum operating temperature of 1400°C, high strength, and water resistance (condensation and water vapor), and "LTC-FL," which has flexibility, contributing to cost reduction and environmental impact reduction through thermal control of factory equipment.
