We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "VideoStep" at Process Lab Micron Co., Ltd. There were aspects of the work that could not be clearly expressed in work standards or procedures, leading to a lengthy training period for achieving the required level of standard execution. Additionally, there was no established training method for acquiring skilled craftsmanship, which posed a challenge.
