The TSZC-10STP is a high-performance controller specifically designed for electric lenses equipped with Tasvision stepping motors. It achieves high-precision position control and excellent reproducibility through 1000-step control or a precise motion mode that utilizes the motor's inherent resolution. With protective features such as stall detection and overcurrent detection, it enables stable operation even with lenses that do not have limit switches. Additionally, the auto-tuning function allows for flexible adaptation to differences in cable length and lens specifications. It supports USB and RS232C communication, enabling rapid control through simple command operations from a PC or PLC. It provides a highly reliable lens control environment for machine vision and industrial inspection applications.
