The TSZC-10STP is a high-performance controller specifically designed for electric lenses equipped with Tasvision stepping motors. It achieves high-precision position control and excellent reproducibility through 1000-step control or a precise motion mode that utilizes the motor's inherent resolution. With protective features such as stall detection and overcurrent detection, it enables stable operation even with lenses that do not have limit switches. Additionally, the auto-tuning function allows for flexible adaptation to differences in cable length and lens specifications. It supports USB and RS232C communication, enabling rapid control through simple command operations from a PC or PLC. It provides a highly reliable lens control environment for machine vision and industrial inspection applications.

The VT4Z1450MFZI (TSZC) is a high-performance electric zoom/vary-focal lens compatible with 1-inch and 8MP, widely applicable from vehicle number recognition systems to various industrial uses. Its Day & Night design optimizes chromatic aberration across a broad spectrum from visible light to near-infrared (940nm), achieving stable high-resolution imaging regardless of day or night. Furthermore, the F drop-less design ensures no variation in F-number throughout the zoom range, maintaining brightness even when changing the angle of view, thus ensuring stable inspection and recognition performance. Additionally, it maintains high focus accuracy under environmental changes by optically correcting refractive index variations caused by temperature changes. Equipped with a stepping motor, it also supports PC control using the dedicated controller TSZC-10STP, making it ideal for remote operation and integration into automation systems. This lens contributes to fields requiring high precision and reliability.

The VT4Z1450 series is an industrial varifocal lens compatible with 1-inch 8M cameras. Its Day & Night design corrects chromatic aberration across a wide spectrum from visible light to near-infrared light (940nm), achieving stable high-definition images regardless of day or night. Additionally, it features a "no F drop design," which maintains a constant F-number throughout the zoom range, allowing for observation while preserving brightness. The aspherical design minimizes focus shift due to temperature changes, ensuring stable focus performance even in environments with significant fluctuations. Furthermore, its metal housing provides excellent environmental resistance, making it suitable for high-temperature applications such as furnace monitoring. With the addition of close-up lenses, it also supports close-up photography, flexibly accommodating a variety of inspection and monitoring applications.

The LSM series covers the visible light range from 435nm to the NIR range of 850nm, with advanced correction for chromatic aberration due to wavelength changes. Its greatest feature is that the focus position remains almost unchanged even when switching between R/G/B/NIR and lighting conditions. This allows for a stable inspection environment without the need for readjustment when switching from visible light inspection to NIR inspection. It is designed with a compact M42 mount lens that ensures an effective image circle of φ30mm and a flange back of 12mm. The LSM series maintains high MTF characteristics across a wide wavelength range from visible light to 850nm. Not only does it achieve focus, but it also ensures resolution across wavelengths, making it suitable for high-difficulty inspection applications such as detecting fine defects and material differences. The LSM series fully utilizes the performance of high-resolution line scan cameras. At the same time, it can also be used with general 2K/4K class three-line scan cameras, demonstrating excellent compatibility with existing equipment.
