The conventional device measured the environmental temperature in the drying chamber using a thermistor and controlled the heating and drying temperature. The temperature measurement using the thermistor is a stable and established method based on long-term results. However, when higher precision moisture measurement is required, it is structurally difficult to maintain a consistent distance between the heater or thermistor and the sample due to issues with the sample temperature's responsiveness to the environmental temperature and the shape of the sample. This variability negatively impacted measurement accuracy. Therefore, this device is equipped with a non-contact radiation thermometer that directly measures the sample temperature in addition to the thermistor, complementing the thermistor's shortcomings and allowing for the setting of optimal heating and drying conditions tailored to the sample characteristics, without burning or altering the sample, thus achieving reduced measurement time and improved measurement accuracy.
