Guide Materials for KY Activities in the Manufacturing Industry | Measures Against Near Misses
Visualize near-misses in the manufacturing site to support the prevention of serious accidents and the establishment of a safety culture.
This document is a helpful resource for on-site leaders and safety personnel in small and medium-sized manufacturing industries, explaining the basic knowledge and practical methods of KY activities (hazard prediction activities). In manufacturing environments, various near-miss incidents occur, such as falls, being caught or entangled, electric shocks, fires, and heatstroke. This document introduces specific measures that can lead to accident prevention using Heinrich's Law, the six factors of human error, and the KYT 4-round method. Additionally, it includes methods for systematizing on-site improvements, such as sharing near-miss incidents through the production management system "FUSE," visualizing hazardous areas, and supporting technical inheritance. It is ideal for manufacturing industries looking to enhance safety, improve productivity, and standardize education. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
