The blockage of the medium circulation circuit in the mold generates heat spots, leading to defects, and in an offline, unmanned environment, it poses a risk of mass production of defective products. Flow-6 monitors the medium in real-time for each circuit at temperatures up to 180°C. Early warnings, as well as efficient temperature control through flow feedback by connecting to the temperature control unit, are possible. By installing it near the molding machine clamping unit, it enhances monitoring responsiveness and reduces energy loss due to heat dissipation. With online capabilities, data collection and control are possible, and real measurements can be checked on a smartphone, along with receiving alerts.
