Introducing a case where we automated the analog order processing and doubled the sales of outsourced products!
This is a case where we added an order creation and linkage function to the internal business system of Itami Art Co., Ltd., and also developed a new shipping data linkage system. The company took steps to streamline the order processing operations that had previously been handled analogously, aiming to improve the efficiency of order processing to suppliers. After the system delivery, it became possible to quickly search for production status, shipping dates, and past order data, which reduced the need for phone confirmations among staff. The number of outsourced projects increased from about 20 per day to around 80, and tasks that used to require a team of five can now be managed sufficiently by just two people.
