Laser cleaning contracting work contributing to hull antifouling.
In the shipping industry, regular hull maintenance is required to maintain hull performance and improve fuel efficiency. In particular, the impact of marine organisms adhering to the hull can lead to a decrease in navigational performance and an increase in fuel consumption. The removal of traditional anti-fouling coatings and surface preparation can pose challenges related to damage to the substrate and environmental considerations. Our laser cleaning contracting service employs a non-contact method that does not use chemicals or blasting, allowing for the removal of rust and old coatings, as well as pre-treatment cleaning, while minimizing damage to the substrate and impact on the surrounding environment. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Removal of rust from the hull surface - Removal of old coatings - Surface preparation before maintenance 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduced damage to the substrate - Decreased environmental impact - Efficient hull maintenance
