Achieving continuous melting with direct radiation heating method! Minimizing energy loss to the extreme.
We would like to introduce the melting technology of our "Infrared Heater Type Melting Holding Furnace." We have thoroughly re-evaluated conventional heating methods and adopted a highly energy-efficient radiant heating method. By optimizing the infrared absorption rate, we have minimized energy loss to the utmost limit. By stirring the molten metal, the temperature of the molten metal is consistently maintained within ±10°C of the set temperature, enabling rapid melting. Furthermore, we have achieved an efficient process that reduces the amount of melted material held and improves the efficiency of return melting. 【Features】 ■ Minimizes energy loss to the utmost limit, significantly increases melting efficiency ■ Revolutionary melting efficiency of 65%, over 40% improvement compared to conventional methods ■ Stable molten metal temperature due to stirring *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
At Nippon High Heat Industrial Co., we reflect our unique creativity and ingenuity in all processes from the design, development, to maintenance of high heat equipment, providing higher performance and more efficient systems. We cater to all needs, from individual products such as "melting furnaces," "holding furnaces," "heat treatment furnaces," and "casting sand heating furnaces," to a series of plant systems in thermal processing production lines, including various industrial machinery and casting equipment. We take pride in our delivery records to numerous major companies, including those in the automotive industry, and have earned solid trust and assurance as a manufacturer of industrial furnaces supporting cutting-edge technologies across various industrial sectors. Additionally, we have newly launched an Innovation Center that works with users to tackle challenges in aluminum casting. This center addresses various thermal tests (melting, heating, cooling), die-cast product defect investigations, equipment automation, and collaborates on die-casting technology and new technology development. We aim to work with users to solve challenges in aluminum casting and provide new value such as quality improvement and productivity enhancement.
