The SDS3-1 is a single-axis digital counter (display) for precision measurement handled by Ushiyama Electric Co., Ltd. In 2007, our company was entrusted by Hakkou Densou Co., Ltd. in Shizuoka Prefecture to act as an agent for the import of digital scales, and we have continued to assist with the sale of some products. As of May 2020, when Hakkou Densou Co., Ltd. ceased the sale of digital scales, our company took over the import and sales entirely, leading to the continuation of this business. The SDS3-1 is a compatible product that can directly replace the old model number "HK103-1S" without changing wiring or installation space. By connecting it to optical linear glass scales (such as the KA series, compatible with TTL square wave signals), it digitally displays the movement and dimensions of machine tools and measuring jigs in real-time. It features a high-brightness LED display, making the numbers easy to read even in processing environments, and it is designed to withstand harsh conditions with excellent durability and dust and water resistance. Mounting brackets and protective covers are included as standard, allowing for smooth installation.
