The SDS6-3V is a 3-axis compatible digital counter (DRO) handled by Ushiyama Electric Co., Ltd. In 2007, our company was entrusted by Hakkou Densou Co., Ltd. in Shizuoka Prefecture to act as an import agent for digital scales, and we have continued to assist with the sale of some products. As of May 2020, when Hakkou Densou Co., Ltd. ceased the sale of digital scales, our company took over the import and sales entirely to continue this business. The SDS6-3V is a compatible product that can directly replace the old model numbers "HK105-3MS and 3LS." By connecting to optical linear glass scales (such as the KA series, compatible with TTL square wave signals), it digitally displays the movement amounts of the X, Y, and Z axes of milling machines, lathes, and grinding machines in real-time. It features a large high-brightness LED display, ensuring high visibility even in processing environments. It is compatible with a wide range of machine tools, including electrical discharge machines (EDM). Equipped with abundant processing support functions such as PCD hole position calculation, tool diameter compensation, and 200 groups of zero point memory, it comes standard with a mounting bracket.
