MKY39-1 is a center (hereinafter referred to as "master") IC compatible with HLS (Hi-speed Link System). MKY39-1 can be accessed from the CPU by connecting it using SPI or Quad-SPI. Access to MKY39-1 from the CPU can be handled similarly to SRAM, allowing the CPU to control communication and DIO simply by reading/writing to MKY39-1's memory. It also supports burst access for faster access. MKY39-1 has two receiving terminals (RXD1, RXD2), enabling control of two RS-485 communication lines. Additionally, it is equipped with general-purpose inputs (4 bits) and outputs (4 bits). MKY39-1 incorporates a communication protocol, which reduces the CPU load for communication functions. The differences between MKY39-1 and MKY39-2 are as follows: MKY39-1: Contains 1 HLS center function MKY39-2: Contains 2 HLS center functions
