We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of DD-CONNECT in our telecommunications construction department. The construction department primarily conducts telecommunications work, and since about 90% of the projects have short delivery times, there were challenges such as the concentration of order requests, the labor involved in sending and collecting documents, and the labor for file organization. In paper-based operations, various costs and work hours were incurred, including printing, stamping, mailing, management, and the cost of revenue stamps.
