It uses 612 nylon and 610 nylon (equivalent materials), which excel in wear resistance, flexibility, and chemical resistance. Additionally, it offers a wide range of wire diameter variations from 0.05 to 0.5 mm, allowing for the selection of winding pitch according to the application, from dense winding to spaced winding. All specifications, including bristle length, density, outer diameter, length, and shaft specifications, can be customized, enabling replacements for existing brushes and alternative production for overseas equipment.
