At Kyoshin Giken, we can reproduce from actual samples and measure the dimensions of brushes without drawings. You can choose from a wide range of bristle materials, including synthetic fibers, metal wires, and natural fibers. The synthetic fibers can range from ultra-fine wires of 0.05mm to thicker wires of 2.0mm. Metal wires can also be selected from fine to medium-fine based on the application. All specifications, including winding pitch (dense winding/pitch winding), bristle length, density, outer diameter, length, and shaft specifications, can be customized.
