1. Easy heating, high temperature with the hood! The conversion efficiency from electricity to radiant energy is high, and within the halogen lamp hood, it can reach high temperatures of 650°C. 2. Instant heating, reduction of heating time. HRH transmits a large amount of heat at the speed of light, allowing for miniaturization of the equipment and shortening of heating time. Previously, idling took 30 minutes, but this can be reduced to zero. There is no time lag in heating, eliminating wasted waiting time. Since the temperature rises quickly, the power can be turned off during idle times. This saves energy and reduces electricity costs. The electricity usage cost is calculated as 2kw x 0.5h x 12.16 = 12.16 yen per day. Over a year (operating 250 days), this results in a cost reduction of 3040 yen. Additionally, the annual CO2 emissions are reduced by 100 kg! *The electricity usage cost unit is calculated at 12.16 yen/kWh. *The CO2 emission factor is calculated at 0.4 kg-CO2/kWh. 3. Heating through glass is possible. Quartz glass has almost no absorption in the visible light and near-infrared range, with a transmittance of 93%. There is only 7% reflection. Heating operations can be performed even in a vacuum or inert gas atmosphere through the glass.
