When voltage is applied, organic materials emit light, allowing for a product that can create vivid and detailed images with a wide viewing angle in a thin design without a backlight. While we excel at cutting other complex laminated structures, we struggle with water jet cutting due to the use of glass in the sealing material and substrate, making it difficult to achieve completely damage-free cutting and limiting the specifications for sample extraction. However, both electrodes, the organic layer, resin film, aluminum panels, and control boards were tested with minimal damage.
