1) It can be heated in a strip shape up to 850°C. The high-performance halogen line heater HLH-60 is a strip infrared heating device that uses rod-shaped halogen lamps. It has a short heating time, a parallel mirror width of 60mm, and parallel light (focal length ∞), allowing for strip heating. By equipping the HLH-60 with an infrared recovery-type reflector, it reduces stray light and improves the utilization rate of infrared. It also allows for long-length heating, with an effective length of the parallel mirror that can be produced from 100mm to 3000mm. For surface heating, it is more suitable to arrange multiple units of "HLH-35W/f∞." 2) It achieves perfect clean heating and can also be used for heating in clean rooms and vacuum environments. The water-cooled type can be used in vacuum containers. When placed inside a vacuum chamber, there may be some gas release from the inorganic adhesive initially, so pre-vacuum treatment is necessary.
