Supports the molding of metal inserts for nuts and sheet metal that are convenient for fitting with the housing. Sheet metal inserts also contribute to increased rigidity and warpage suppression.
Nuts are inserted on the back of in-mold transfer molded products, and metal sheets are integrated into the thin resin frame of glass inserts. This is a proven method that supports two types of metal insert molding to enhance assembly compatibility with LCD panels of mobile devices. We developed an in-house automatic feeder device to identify the front and back of the nuts, ensuring reliable insertion during molding. The metal sheets are partially hollowed out SUS material, allowing molded resin to penetrate and securely hold the structure while maintaining a narrow frame. We have received positive feedback from various terminal manufacturers regarding improved assembly compatibility, and the metal sheet inserts also contribute to increased rigidity and warpage suppression. You can trust us with the integrated molding of metal components such as nuts and metal sheets.
