Ideal for precise application of high-viscosity thermal conductive gel materials!
・High-viscosity materials that cannot be discharged using air pressure are extruded using the power of a servo. ・The use of a nozzle with an integrated adapter allows high-viscosity materials to be applied more quickly than before. ・The screws are made of cemented carbide, making them ideal for materials containing filler. ・The use of a high-resolution motor enables high-precision application of even high-viscosity materials. ・Since the parts that come into contact with the liquid are easy to remove, they can be stored in the freezer or refrigerator along with the material container. ・Because the product is dispensed by a screw, it delivers a stable flow without any pressure drop, even when using high-capacity cartridges.

Company information
ESER Corporation was established with the aim of providing the highest quality products in the industry. Utilizing the know-how accumulated over 30 years in the aerospace industry, we consistently handle everything from the design and manufacturing of general-purpose products to sales. About ten years ago, the management of an organization engaged in the U.S. government-exclusive aerospace industry made the decision to strengthen the private sector, leading to the establishment of ESER Corporation as a specialized division for private business within that organization. Based on the unchanging concept of "Simple is the best," our company continues to strive daily to provide high-quality products, including the production of screw dispensers, precision nozzles, elastomers, precision machining of parts, and assembly, along with the best customer service in the industry.
