Numerous mesh-like angular hole cutting processes on A5052 material. The width of the grid lines (branch parts), which are the frame sections, is below the plate thickness, and since it is a continuous close-cutting process, there were some concerns. However, with water jet cutting, which does not have thermal effects or cutting resistance such as blade pressure, there were no distortions or warping, and no residual stress was generated during the cutting process.
