Water jet cutting processing
With our extensive experience and track record in water jet cutting, we accept requests for prototype and verification cutting of difficult-to-process materials such as metals, plastics, and composites.
Due to the special layout, some modifications and additional processing from standard products are required. Because it is painted steel plate, other cutting methods may cause issues such as burning or warping. We also accept post-processing from standard products using water jet cutting. Even if the standard product has bending or additional parts attached, with careful setup, partial additional processing from arbitrary shapes is possible. In this case, after measuring on-site, we performed cutting processing only on the cut-out parts without removing the paint or instruction seals. Although there may be slight burrs on the back side, for safety, we performed the cutting with rounded corners, and we also received repeat orders for different sizes.
