Achieved uniform and shape-retaining fine whipping that was not possible with conventional 90L class mixers.

The control panel includes a VT panel and a Gr panel. With the Gr panel, you can input programs for 30 items and 15 processes. The rotation speed can also be set in five stages, allowing for detailed work processes that are easy to understand. Optional features include a screw mixer for powder blending, a stainless steel beater, a shift beater, and a scraper.
