Continuous High-Pressure Foam Mixer Continuous Mixer "Turbo Mix"
Continuous High-Pressure Foam Mixer Continuous Mixer "Turbo Mix"
Achieving ideal aeration through exquisite design. A high-level continuous mixer that excels in temperature and pressure management, suitable for high viscosity!
To maintain a constant pressure within the mixing chamber and a consistent rotation speed of the mixing rotor, materials and air are forcibly supplied in a measured manner into the mixing chamber, allowing for continuous and uniform aeration. 【Features】 ■ Selection of mixing heads tailored to the product - Available in two types: drum type and disk type. - Drum type: Suitable for products like whipped cream, marshmallows, and meringue, which require a high cutting effect to create fine, uniform bubbles. - Disk type: Offers a higher mixing effect than cutting effect, incorporating just the right amount of air into the dough, making it ideal for products like sponge cake and castella cake that seek a handmade feel in the final product. ■ Easy-to-use main unit control panel - Allows for easy setting and adjustment of production volume and specific gravity, as well as the emulsion state and viscosity of the product. - Real-time display of product specific gravity and temperature, facilitating easy management of the production line. - Capable of registering 20 types of production data, enabling automatic operation.
