A standard vertical mixer adopting the planetary action method developed based on Aikosha's years of experience and research. It is used for a wide range of applications by changing the mixing tools. We offer a wide lineup from the Mighty S15S to 300. Additionally, there are various types available: ● Standard set type ● Ball-compatible type… a type with attachments prepared for two different processing volumes ● Swing warmer type water bath (only MS-30)… allows for precise temperature control, enabling the best dough preparation. ● Stainless steel type… further upgrades the conventional functions, improving factory and kitchen environments. ● Automatic lift type… a type where the bowl automatically lifts and lowers with the press of a button.
