We would like to introduce a case where our developed system was implemented at D Kogyo, a company engaged in the collection, transportation, and intermediate processing of industrial waste. The company had concerns about changing from traditional methods due to the older age demographic of its employees. To address this, we devised a "small start with high scalability" transition plan that maintains the familiar Excel-like usability while incorporating a new web system, in order to avoid confusion on-site.
